In Psychology there are 3 papers, SL sits 2 of them and HL all three. The first paper (Paper 1) is based on the CONTENT (biological, cognitive and sociocultural learning objectives) applied to the areas of study in the real life CONTEXTS. In paper 1 section A you are asked short answer questions from the contexts we have studied. In section B you will get an unknown scenario to discuss using something you have learn from the course content.
In paper one section C you will be asked to apply critical thinking to a content point within a context-this means you will get a question about either human relationships, human development, health and well-being, or learning and cognition and asked to think critically about this area using the key words of the concepts (CARB CHAMP).
Paper 2 is about research methodology and he you will also get an unknown stimulus. In this paper you will get questions about one of the practicals you have done in class (an experiment, a survey/questionnare, an observation and an interview study).
Paper 3 is only for HL and it is about research and data analysis.
